Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date, are non refundable.
- Special Event Cancellation Policy - Sturgis Rally reservations are non refundable once booked, 3 night minimum stay required. Buffalo Round Up (Last Friday of September) reservations have a 2 night minimum stay required, cancellations made within 3 days of arrival date, are non refundable.
- Deposit Policy - One night's lodging is due at time of booking. Final payment due on check in. Sturgis Rally reservations require 50% deposit at time of booking and remaining 50% due at check in.
- Check In - 3 p.m. MST. A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Hotel photos representative only. The office is open till 10pm. Must call property for late arrivals after 10pm, 605-673-4401
- Check Out - 10:00 a.m. MST
- Pets Policy - Pets allowed based upon availability, please call 605-674-4401 to verify pet booking.
- Children - Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
